Any returns / exchanges carry a collection fee of R99.00 incl. VAT which will be deducted from the credit amount. You can return the order at your own cost via courier service. Intershu Online (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out from a return not being delivered to us.
Exchanges are made via coupon code which will be sent to the customer once the parcel has been returned and inspected and will be less the R99.00 collection fee.
Refunds are made via EFT and processed every Friday, therefore depending on when the parcel is returned, the refund will be made the following Friday.

A re-delivery fee of R99.00 incl. VAT is charged for any delivery of replacement shoes. This needs to be paid before the order is dispatched.

Refunds will only be offered for items paid for by direct deposit or credit card transaction. Credit notes will be offered in lieu of any items purchased using any other payment method.
Unworn items can be returned to Intershu Online (Pty) Ltd within seven days of receiving the item for a refund. The item must be returned in its original packaging. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
All returns need to be in the original packaging.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Intershu Online (Pty) Ltd ensures that all products are of high quality when they are shipped to customers. Should it happen that your item is defective, it can be returned in line with the terms and conditions of the company polices.
Intershu Online (Pty) Ltd offers a 6-month workmanship policy on all footwear, luggage, and accessories. Returns or exchanges on defective goods will be accepted up to 6 months after purchase provided that the goods have been used for their intended purpose and they have been cared for according to any instructions that accompanied the goods.
The duration for such a return is the same as any other return which is up to 10 days after the item was received. A replacement item will be sent to the customer, accordingly, provided stock is available. Should it happen that we are out of stock, then you will be contacted by Customer Services, and you will be provided with a full refund.
A collection fee is not charged on defective products.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled if the stock has not been dispatched. Once the stock has left with the courier, we are not able to accept a cancellation.
